fix(mapper): 修复 AppSitePlaceMapper 中的 SQL 查询

- 将 AppSitePlaceMapper.xml 文件中的两处 a.id 修改为 g.id
- 修复了 previewOrderPlaceGymnasiumNoFixation 方法中的错误查询
