refactor(app): 重构课程信息获取接口

- 修改 getCourseInfo 方法返回类型，从 VerifyCourseInfoDTO 列表改为 CoursesPriceRulesVO 列表
- 移除 VerifyCourseInfoDTO 类，简化数据结构
- 优化课程信息处理逻辑，直接在查询结果中添加额外字段
- 更新相关 mapper 和 controller 接口
