feat(config): 更新代理和基础API地址为生产环境配置

将开发环境的API地址替换为生产环境地址，确保应用在生产环境中正确请求数据。
同时更新了代理配置以匹配新的目标地址。

修改包括：
- config/index.js 中的 proxyTable 目标地址更新为 https://master.dstapp.cn/sqx_fast/
- static/config/index.js 中的 baseUrl 更新为 https://master.dstapp.cn/sqx_fast/
- 在 technician.vue 中增加 classifyId 的传递逻辑以支持审核功能
